We provide digital educational products, including PDF eBooks and study guides. Since our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through our website are digital products.

Once a payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital product or download/access information has been delivered, the purchase is considered final.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable after successful delivery or access to the purchased product.

Once the PDF or download/access information has been provided, we cannot accept returns of the digital product.

3. Cancellation
